    Want to experience the mental and physical benefits of being in control of your health? Learn how to approach weight management in a way that works for you.
  • Weigh Beyond is a free 12-week program available to employees and their dependents on the Quad Health Plan that helps you discover your personal "why" and teaches you the skills that you can use to achieve and maintain a healthy weight - not just now, but for the rest of your life.  The Weigh Beyond program is group support classes led by QuadMed Wellness Coaches & Registered Dietitians. The 60-minute virtual weekly classes will begin the week of August 3, 2026 and there are two options to choose from.
