Goal Setting
Keeping your vision or "WHY" in mind, create at least one long-term goal and one short-term goal about physical activity. Use the SMART framework to guide you.
Specific- Identify a behavior that is relevant to your wellness vision/why.
Measureable- How will you measure or track this behavior?
Action Based- What are steps or actions you can take to work toward accomplishing this goal?
Realistic- Do you have the time, resources, and ability to work towards this goal right now?
Timely- Do you have a deadline or date by which you want to meet this goal?
